Job Description [Specific Job Duties]
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
Act as a bridge between management and employee relations by addressing requests, complaints, and other issues
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital
Develop and monitor organization-wide HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
Foster a positive work environment
Oversee and administer performance appraisal systems
Maintain pay plans and benefits programs
Apply and monitor training programs
Report to management through HR metrics and support decision-making
Ensure compliance throughout HR management

Working Hours HR Managers are generally required to work from home, and there is no flextime. Working hours are 9am to 6pm.
However, you can work from home after discussing with your supervisor. In some cases, current employees may also work from home one day a week.
