| Job Description | In addition to general hotel operations such as hotel operations, daily staff management, and customer (guest) care, you will also act as an ambassador for the hotel, representing *****. Provide leadership to all departments and develop strategic plans to support our service culture, maximize brand utilization, and guest satisfaction. Work closely with hotel sponsors and other stakeholders to achieve goals. Manage overall hotel targets and provide an excellent guest experience. At least 15-20 years of experience in the hospitality industry with dignity and international experience, ideally in a remote location (resort/overseas). 5-10 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager. Uniform accounting knowledge. University degree in hotel management or proven experience in opening, managing, etc. a hotel. Excellent computer system skills. University graduate Language skills (speaking English) |
