1. Candidate Sourcing: Build a network of qualified candidates through various strategies.
2. Candidate Assessment: Interview and qualify potential candidates for our clients.
3. Client Generation: Establish relationships with non-client companies in your industry to convert them into clients.
4. Mediation: Maintain relationships with clients and candidates, facilitating smooth career changes.
