Job Description	As we distribute titles that have been hits in China, our business performance is stable. You will be in charge of managing a community for users of currently released games. 1. Planning and execution of community content: Expand the size of the community and plan and execute community events on a regular basis 2. Creating and managing community content: Requesting the creation of materials for community posts, creating text, and posting content according to game release information or in-game event information 3. Controlling community content: Detecting risky content in advance and making changes to post content and schedules Converting into high-quality content that contributes to user engagement while understanding Japanese culture 4. Data analysis work: Collecting, analyzing, and measuring effectiveness of community data
Company Info	You will be responsible for planning, localizing, and distributing content for community management in line with the marketing strategies and intentions of the China headquarters. You will work in cooperation with the China headquarters.
Job Requirements	Required conditions: - Japanese language skills (business level) - Chinese language skills (HSK level 5 equivalent) - Experience working in the game industry Preferred conditions: - Love games - Love entertainment content Personal profile: - Love games - Understand Chinese and Japanese culture
