The role of Regional Sales Manager of Japan is looking for someone who will lead and managing Japan business by building the strong relationships and achieving the targets by collaborating and coordinating with the distributors. Description * Enhancing the sales performance of PPE products within the Japanese market * Expanding the network of retailers and distributors * Engaging in extensive travel to meet with clients and prospects across different regions * Compiling and assessing sales data to identify trends and opportunities * Achieving predetermined sales targets set by the Sales Director * Participating in local exhibitions and events to showcase products and build industry connections Profile * Bachelor's degree or higher education level * Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) industry such as shoes, footwear, gloves, etc. * Proficient in the local language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Fluent in English, with strong writing and speaking abilities * Demonstrated proficiency in communication and delivering presentations Job Offer * International exposure as you will working directly with overseas * Full-autonomy with flexibility in the role * Working fully remote To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
