With many foreign nationals working here, you can work in a global environment! <Job type> Human Resources/Recruitment Manager Candidate <Job Description> Our company has recruitment teams, including the Mid-Career Recruitment Department, New Graduate Recruitment Department, and Global Recruitment Department. Among these, you will be in charge of managing the engineer recruitment team and the global recruitment team for the time being, and eventually overseeing all recruitment. <Specific work examples> - Planning and executing a human resources strategy based on the future vision of the organization - Managing each recruitment team - We expect you to bounce ideas off each manager and leader, implement measures to boost the company, and eliminate recruitment bottlenecks - Optimizing and streamlining the recruitment process - Setting and achieving recruitment goals - Planning and promoting/supervising projects to implement recruitment branding strategies - Analyzing recruitment data and working to improve issues - Recruitment-related budget management - Analyzing trends in the recruitment market and reflecting them in strategies - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers in the field department and executives, etc. |
