Monthly Salary Range: ¥319,460 – ¥414,260 Breakdown: Base Salary: ¥236,300 – ¥331,100 Fixed Overtime Allowance: ¥43,910 – ¥72,188 (for 30 hours) Additional payment for overtime exceeding 30 hours is provided. Expected Annual Salary at Entry: ¥4,600,000 – ¥6,000,000 Monthly Salary: ¥319,460 – ¥414,260 Base Salary: ¥236,300 – ¥331,100 Fixed Overtime Allowance: ¥43,910 – ¥72,188 (for 30 hours) For Managerial Positions (Manager Level): Expected Annual Salary at Entry: ¥5,400,000 – ¥7,600,000 Monthly Salary: ¥374,500 – ¥524,300 Additional Compensation and Benefits: Sales Allowance (excluding managerial positions) Bonuses: Twice a year (July and December), with the previous year’s average being 2.93 months.
