Job Description	In cooperation with the local factory in Indonesia, you will be involved in a total process from proposing containers to conducting market research for new product development, creating product concepts, and proposing sales promotion plans. You will gain experience in creating products from scratch.

Job Requirements	・University graduate or above ・Japanese level N2 or above ・2 years or more experience in corporate sales. Industry newbies welcome! ・Regular driver's license required. Preferred conditions: Business level English

Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4000K - JPY 5000K
Other Salary Description	Preferential treatment will be given with due consideration given to experience, ability, etc. ★Incentives 20,000 to 100,000 yen per month will be paid depending on the achievement rate exceeding 100%. Payable to all employees, not just sales staff. ◎Salary increase once a year (April), bonus twice a year (July and December/5 months: 2004 results), year-end bonus ◎Full travel expenses covered ◎Full range of social insurance ◎Retirement benefits, employee stock ownership plan ◎Company trips ◎50,000 yen per year for suits
Holidays	2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, summer (5 days), year-end and New Year holidays (6 days), paid leave and special leave *124 days off per year
