1. Consistent lifecycle experience in planning, proposal, requirements definition, design, implementation, operation and maintenance of CRM solutions. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AX experience is a plus (experience with other packages is also acceptable). 2.Should have working experience in Field Service and Customer Service 3.Experience as a core business systems engineer in a SI project 4.Experience as architect in system development projects in SI projects 5.Experience in designing and building system architectures and frameworks 6.Experience in designing and building system architectures and frameworks 7.Experience in CRM implementation, operation and maintenance in a global environment, including offshore teams. 8.Knowledge and experience of Microsoft technologies 9.High presentation and communication skills (including making proposals to stakeholders with limited technical knowledge) |
