Job Description	[Job Details] As a site supervisor, you will patrol the site to make sure the construction company is proceeding according to plan, and manage the site's safety, progress, and quality! - Site patrol - Issuing instructions and coordinating with the construction company (partner company) - Managing the construction schedule, site safety management, quality control, etc. ■ Example of daily work schedule 09:30-Morning meeting (at the company) → 10:00- Site patrol (1-2 sites) 12:00-Lunch break → 13:00- Site patrol (1-2 sites) 15:00-Return to the office (checking drawings and preparing documents) 18:30-Closing meeting (at the company) Planning and preparing for the next day, and leaving work after completion *You can also go directly to the site or return directly to the site.

Job Requirements	[Required] * Experience in any of the following: ・Experience managing construction of new construction ・Experience managing construction of detached houses or apartment buildings ・Experience managing construction of renovation work, apartment buildings or full renovation of detached houses ・Experience as a site representative or deputy ☆ Recommended points ☆ ・Except for busy periods, all employees except for management staff leave work at 8 p.m. Since the company manages the schedule from land procurement to design and construction within its own group, there is ample time in the process, which has enabled us to reduce overtime hours! ・The sites are mainly in the 23 wards of Tokyo (some in Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama) ・There are no complicated floor plans or specifications, and even mid-career employees can immediately start working! ・Since the division of responsibilities is divided into three departments: structural, equipment, and finishing work, construction management is a patrol type! ・There is no long-term on-site work, business trips, or transfers!
