| Job Description |
* Will be reporting to the General Manager of Japan * Managing a team of 90 people with 18 retail stores. * The mission is to manage the current operation but to also develop Retail expansion strategy for Japan Description * Manage 20+ stores, including direct and franchised locations. * Develop and execute growth strategies in line with company objectives. * Collaborate with Managing Director to drive revenue and profitability. * Oversee store operations, ensuring adherence to KPIs and standards. * Lead and mentor store managers and staff. * Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments. * Maintain strong communication channels with global leadership. Profile * Seasoned retail professional with a background in premium lifestyle brands. * Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities. * Experience in franchise store management preferred. * Fluent in Japanese and English. * Bachelor's degree or higher.
