Job Description Our client is looking for a full-stack engineer with Java, Angular and React who will work on some of their most important applications. You will be working in a multicultural environment with stakeholders from all over the world.

Description

The team you will be joining is responsible for maintaining smoothness of management applications. You will be working with colleagues around the globe, working to further improve and enhance the compute platforms.

Your main responsibilities:

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
* Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
* Conduct thorough business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
* Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements, use cases, user stories, and system specifications.
* Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities, and provide ongoing support throughout the software development lifecycle.


Profile

(Mandatory) You need to have:

* 5+years of experience in development as a developer, ideally full-stack with Java, Angular, React
* Experience as business analyst and creating business requirements documents and technical documents
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions
* Located in Japan (can commute to Tokyo)
* Business-level English
* Fluent Japanese

(Preferred) Would be a plus if you have:

* Experience with financial institutions
* Experience with cloud services
