Job Description |
Along with the TA team members, you will be responsible for the entire full-cycle recruitment activities for the company. Description * Working closely with hiring managers for end to end recruitment activities in Japan and overseas * Creating a strong candidate pipeline for the company's short to long term plans * Providing guidance and advice to leaders based on the current market (locally and overseas) * Establish and maintain a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders Profile * Strong communication skills in Japanese and business level English * At least 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience in various roles and levels in Japan(experience in hiring for Engineers is an advantage) * Can do attitude - and ability to work in a fast paced environment * Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to say NO and provide advice when needed Job Offer * Package commensurate with experience * Potential regional coverage for recruiters looking for their next career step * Super flexible work environment includes - flextime and WFH options To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
