Job Description Prepare and execute project definitions, schedules, budgets, and goals for one or more projects of small to medium size. Prepare detailed work instructions, obtain stakeholder concurrence and approval for various aspects of the project, and coordinate as appropriate. Participates in delivery-assurance reviews to ensure compliance with project management policies and procedures.
Organizes and communicates with project team members to ensure they understand deadlines, assignments, and objectives. Performs hands-on duties as required.
Monitors project deliverables and controls cost, schedule, and quality. Ensures schedules and budgets are met and makes corrections as needed.
Continuously reviews project status and identifies possible project risks. Recommends and implements solutions to mitigate risks as appropriate.
Works with team members and stakeholders to manage changes to project technical requirements, business requirements, and schedules. Provides input on needed changes based on current project status.
Manage client and project team expectations for agreed-upon project performance by capturing and providing project metrics. Recommends changes and alternatives based on performance and metrics.
Supervises project personnel. Assigns work and provides direction regarding timeliness and completion of project goals. Addresses performance issues according to established guidelines. Provides performance information upon project completion

Requirements		 At least 5 years of IT project management experience and at least 2 security-related projects.
Experience with PMBOK or other project phase architecture, development, integration, and deployment-related techniques and approaches
Experience with general estimating and project management Toul
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
Flexible and creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Business-level English skills
Handling global project facilitating using English.
Global project management experience.
Strong Project Manager experience
Language Requirements: Fluent Japanese Level N1 and Business-level English.
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
