Requirements		 Extensive experience with high-volume B2C/B2B e-commerce systems
Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution or equivalent foreign qualification. In addition, instead of one year of academic qualifications, three years of work experience in the field of specialization are considered.
At least 10 years of experience in information technology.

At least 4 years of business analysis experience in any area
Good understanding of Japanese and English
Deep understanding of digital services and customer experience
Ability to lead and lead teams in system solutions
Actively participate in dialogue with business stakeholders and participate in the entire SDLC lifecycle
Ability to review team members' work and guide them to solve complex problems
Stakeholder Management
Ability to lead a team of requirements extraction and management (epics and user stories/story mapping/BDD)
Experience with the latest enterprise digital technologies across e-commerce, marketing, interactivity, and operations
Expertise in facilitation, collaboration, situational awareness, and impact across teams and departments
Raise awareness of customer experience in digital services and drive customer relationships
High (near-native) Japanese proficiency and business-level English proficiency
Japanese Language: Japanese Should be fluent Level JLPT N1 and English should be fluent 
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
