Job Description We are looking for a strong candidate to play the role Project Manager for Tier 2 TPM delivery (TPM/CRM product implementation) in Japan as part of the Global TPM team. Client is looking for for Senior Project Managers, who would execute the program for them in the market. This resource would be working as a Unilever PM, coordinating with the Market business and Tech partners to implement the product in the market. Communication and stakeholder management are key areas of focus for which the candidate will be very exposed to.  

Owner of the TPM plan for Japan and delivery Tier 2 TPM solution in Japan
Accountable for overall Tech delivery on time, in full and on budget, from Idea phase to completion.
Partner with Market Delivery Leads to orchestrate and land the Tier 2 Solution
Hold SI partners involved to account on delivery and issue resolution for market deployment
Organize and lead the resources from different organizations to establish delivery phases, as part of the roadmap.
Work with functional SMEs, CoE and platform SMEs to deliver the solution to the market and resolve issues
Proactively identity risks and communicate to respective stakeholders to align on mitigation plans.
Monitor the project plan on upstream and downstream applications and liase with other associated SPOCS to ensure delivery of cohesive solution.
Regular project status reporting, communication of progress updates to project stakeholders with clear actions.

Requirements		 At least 4 to 6 years of proven Project Management experience landing software solutions.
Experience in landing software development projects through waterfall and agile frameworks.
Successful track record of leading mid /large-size business change projects
Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills
Proven ability to work well as part of a global and /or regional virtual team
Proven ability to manage complex relationships with stakeholder(s) across diverse functions
Experience of managing external service providers delivering projects and support
Native Japanese speaker (mandatory) and good English
Good knowledge of productivity tools; Microsoft Office, MS Project, Jira etc.
Preferred qualification:
Business Partnering or account management experience is an added advantage
Experience working on any Trade promotion management software
Experience working on Salesforce products or applications developed on Salesforce platform
Experience delivering technology solutions for clients in Consumer Goods industry
Japanese Language: Native-level Japanese speaker and Business level English
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
