Bilingual (Japanese + English) Must have strong hands-on knowledge of SQL Must have the knowledge to navigate in UNIX, Linux and Windows platforms proficiently. Must know scheduling tools – autosys/cron. Experience with providing L1 and L2 support（and tooling such as Jira, ServiceNow, etc） Experience with handling change processes and deployments (Nice to have) Experience with configuring Grafana Must know how to effectively prioritize tasks, issues, and projects in a highly dynamic work environment that includes a global focus. Be able to work in close collaboration with Infrastructure Support, application developers, global support and development team members, application leads and developers. Be responsible to track change requests and high severity incidents in accordance with defined service levels Must know how to maintain a knowledge base of known defects and issues, processes & techniques. Must have Excellent analytical and communication skills including ability to provide clear and concise status to business users/ IT management / summarize key message Japanese Language: Business-level japanese and business-level english required |
