A System Administrator who work in a dynamic Infrastructure Team. You will provide daily support for our server's farm while act as a project coordinator for Infrastructure projects to support the company. Description 1. Server Administration/Operation tasks * Various administration/operation tasks on Windows Servers (as Hyper-V, Citrix, SCCM, Active directly, AWS, etc) * Continuously monitor the stability and effectiveness of the IT server infrastructure and analyze results to plan improvement and enhancement by utilizing global tool * Adequate reporting and escalation to manager * Create and maintain comprehensive System documentation, including diagrams, standards * and procedures * Work with customers, vendors and others teams * As a level 2 support, handle technical escalation issues from users or other teams. * Adequate reporting and escalation to managers 2. Project Coordination average * Coordinate the various small infrastructure projects (Servers, Network, PCs) * Clarify project objectives and deliverable, define a project plan collaborating with Group IT * or relevant people * Technical assessment of the project approach * Supervision of projects, providing direction, feed-back and escalation Profile * Experience of Windows Server administration * Experience/knowledge of Hyper-V, Citrix, SCCM, Active directory, is a "plus" * Microsoft certificates are strong assets * Solid planning, organizing, decision-making and problem solving skills with the ability to adapt a variety of situations * Broad understanding of IT infrastructure * Substantial knowledge of similar business structure (Retail, Wholesale, Logistics etc.) is a "plus" * Team Player Job Offer * Competitive salary scheme * A dynamic, energetic working environment * Good work/life balance To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
