Job Description: We are seeking an experienced QA Test Designer to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be in charge of designing the QR Test for IVR (Interactive Voice Response) System and Chatbot Systems. This role requires previous experience in executing manual test cases, preparing reports, and the ability to work with test engineer, internal and external stakeholders.
