Job Description Banking PM
Rich experience in the RA phase and Testing Phases
The main focus areas of the project are: lead BAs to define requirements, propose techno-functional solutions through a Finastra banking package, and plan/execute/manage the testing phase
Banking package knowledge is nice to have, but strong PM capability to help drive the BAs, manage requirements, and manage/execute functional testing, are the core skills.

Requirements		 Fast and smart learner – able to take over a project midway very quickly.
Native-level Japanese speaker with Business level English
Experience working in onsite/offshore model
This role requires onsite presence (at least 2-3 days a week)
Banking knowledge, experience working with megabanks, and large-value cross-border payments is all nice to have, but the other points above are more important.
Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
At least 8 years of experience in project management, and program management.
Strong experience and understanding of various software development life cycle models and phases.
Japanese Language: Native-level Japanese speaker and Business level English
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
