As a Senior IT Project Manager in Japan IT, you'll be at the forefront of digital transformation, overseeing the entire project portfolio and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your role involves stakeholder management, strategic planning, and meticulous execution to drive business value through IT initiatives. 職務内容 * Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Forge robust connections with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions. * Align IT Strategy with Business Objectives: Ensure that IT initiatives are aligned with the overarching business goals, maximizing the value delivered by IT investments. * Advocate for IT Initiatives: Champion IT projects, ensuring appropriate prioritization and resource allocation to drive successful outcomes. * Monitor Project Progress: Supervise the progress of IT projects, proactively addressing any issues to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. * Oversee IT Project Portfolio: Manage the entire IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering tangible value. 理想の人材 * Self-starter with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and English/Japanese communication skills. * Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager. * Proficient in Project Management practices and processes. * Strong presentation, document creation, and negotiation skills. 条件・待遇 * Competitive compensation package. * Collaborative and innovative work environment. * Hybrid/remote work setup with occasional travel. * Chance to collaborate with global teams and grow professionally. |
