Job Description AP Accounting position to support the AP team | Stable finance team, career opportunities, great work-life balance, WFH and flex time available


Description

* Responsible for Accounts Payable accounting, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing tasks.
* Prepare and review vendor invoice entries, cash payments, and monthly cash flow statements.
* Handle account reconciliation and maintain supplier information for domestic and international vendors.
* Communicate with an outsourcing company in Singapore, review and approve expense reports, and coordinate bank wire transfers, including both domestic and international transactions. Additionally, manage corporate cards as part of the responsibilities.


Profile

* Relevant experience in general accounting or the AP function
* IFRS knowledge
* Good communication skills in Japanese with casual to business English
* Skillful in Excel
* Team player
