Job Description Associate level  

Support for network equipment deployed in customer networks (routers, network switches, firewalls, VPNs, AAA, wireless access points, etc.) 
troubleshooting 
Environment settings 
Device analysis and evaluation to check device performance 
Documentation of procedures for configuration and troubleshooting 
Customer support (written and conversational) 
Intermediate level  

In addition to associate-level duties, you will be responsible for the following:  

Complex service activities, remote support, and optimization 
Escalation resources for less experienced agents 
Expert level  

In addition to intermediate-level work, you will be responsible for the following:

Network support or deployment experience (1-2 years) *No experience required as a new graduate 
Intermediate level  

3-5 years of network support or deployment experience 
 Expert level  

Network support or deployment experience (5-8 years) 
Expertise in at least two of the following technical areas:

routing 
wireless network 
Language Requirements: Business-level Japanese with Business English conversation.
