Job Description <Marine export or import customer service>

・Mainly transported by container ships. Asia regions such as Japan and China, and Europe and North America regions.

-Cargo tracking, tracing, customs document issuance & confirmation, invoice issue & confirmation

- Correspondence with overseas agencies and branches.

-Coordination with customers, carriers, end receivers and relevant internal stakeholders.

-Troubleshooting and emergency response.
