Job Description |
<Marine export or import customer service> ・Mainly transported by container ships. Asia regions such as Japan and China, and Europe and North America regions. -Cargo tracking, tracing, customs document issuance & confirmation, invoice issue & confirmation - Correspondence with overseas agencies and branches. -Coordination with customers, carriers, end receivers and relevant internal stakeholders. -Troubleshooting and emergency response. |

Job Requirements |
・Those who have experience in import/export operations in the logistics industry, such as forwarders and shipping companies. ・Those who have English skills at or above the daily conversation level ・Those who can build good relationships with internal and external parties |
