Job Description	Responsibilities of role:  Provide timely & effective technical support for CATIA V6 users addressing software related queries and issues.  Support all in house customized Functions and OOTB features in CATIA V5/V6 and Enovia VPM/3D Experience.  Investigate, analyze, and manage the reported issues by resolving them within SLA. (Experience in complete process of Incident management)  Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of CATIA V6 capabilities and best practices.  Develop and maintain a documentation Knowledge base of FAQs, user guides, help Documents of CAD Functions to assist users in troubleshooting common issues.  Assist in development & improvement of support processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.  Participate in testing and validation of new software releases, customized & OOTB functions to ensure compatibility and reliability.  Contribute and develop collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and expertise with team members.
