| Job Description |
* Collaborate with commercial department to create demand forecast * Communicate with overseas factories and contract manufacturers to align supply plan Description * Participate in S&OP meetings to understand customers' needs and long-term supply strategies * Create 12-month forecasts by communicating with internal stakeholders and aligning on operational strategies * Develop supply plan based on demand forecast and develop supply strategy alongside Supply Chain Department * Collaborate with overseas factories to secure necessary inventory for imported raw materials and collaborate with contract manufacturers to ensure on-time production of finished goods * Plan for the launch of new products Profile * Minimum 3 years of demand and/or supply planning experience * Experience working in a manufacturing company * Capability of using Excel functions * Fluent Japanese skills required and business level English skills preferred * Must be a resident of Japan and/or must hold a valid working visa for Japan Job Offer * Global publicly listed chemical company * Company that provides services to many different industries * Company with manufacturing plant in Japan * Opportunity to work with overseas factories * Competitive salary package and benefits * Hybrid remote work option available To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
