Job Description ■Customer success support for SaaS products■
・Respond to user inquiries via phone, chat, and email
・We provide support for Japanese users of foreign payment services in Japanese, and internal documents are in English.
*The number of inquiries handled is approximately 10 per day, and each inquiry is handled one by one.

Working Hours ■Working hours: Shift system
8 hours of work from 9:00 to 20:00 (Pattern ① 9:00 to 18:00 / ② 11:00 to 20:00)

■1 year or more of reception experience (sales, customer service, etc.)
