1. Lead and manage the content moderation team to ensure achievement of operational goals and requirements. 2. | Job Requirements |
1. Korean candidate: native speaker of Korean, fluent in Japanese, fluent in English or Chinese 2. At least 3 years of gaming customer service or related experience 3. Has a deep understanding of the gaming industry and a true passion for animation culture. 4. Excellent collaboration and smooth communication skills. Excellent leadership skills to effectively lead and motivate teams. 5. Has a service orientation and stress tolerance. 6. Responsible, patient, meticulous, and has the will and drive to continuously improve with execution ability. 7. Ability to support and manage multiple projects simultaneously. |
