-General quality check of reservations (confirmation of reservation details, necessary arrangements, coordination with other departments, etc.) -Responding to inquiries regarding accommodation reservations from within and outside Japan (e-mail, telephone, fax, etc.) -Corporate contract reservation inquiries (rate/vacancy confirmation, reservation creation and e-mail correspondence) •Create, change and update reservations (travel agencies, various third parties, individual reservations) |

Working Hours |
①9:00-17:30 ②9:30-18:00 ③10:00-18:30 ④10:30-19:00 Mainly shifts ① and ②. However, during the busy season, shifts ②~④ are the main shifts. Saturday and Sunday work may also be available depending on the shift. |
