Holidays	Holidays: 118 days off per year In principle, two days off per week (Saturday, Sunday) *Saturday work days available 7 paid incentive days (2023) Vacation: Annual paid leave (10 days in the first year, maximum 40 days) Average number of acquisition days: 12 days (2022 results) 　　　Holidays, Golden Week, year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, condolence vacation, special vacation, local festivals, etc.
