We are seeking a dynamic Omni Project Manager to join our Japan IT team. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects within the Omni area, collaborating closely with the Digital team, brand business teams, the internal IT team, and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of projects. This role requires managing projects in parallel and coordinating with IT teams located in Japan, Greater China, Singapore, and the US. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals. Manage time, resources, cost, and risks associated with the projects. Provide leadership and direction to the project teams. Maintain a clear communication channel with all project members and stakeholders, both in English and Japanese. Ensure the successful delivery of projects while adhering to the predefined scope, quality, time, and budget constraints. |

| Job Requirements |
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management. Exceptional communication skills in both English and Japanese. Proficient in time, resource, cost, and risk management. Strong team management abilities. Experience in portfolio management is highly desirable. Prior experience in retail companies is preferred. Fluency in English and Japanese is mandatory. |
