Job Description	[Business content] You will be responsible for the following tasks in Salesforce system development maintenance and new construction projects for a major financial/life insurance company. ①As part of your Salesforce work, you will be responsible for customizing and improving customer service (CRM system). ・Selecting an appropriate solution for the requirements (including determining feasibility) based on the salesforce structure ・Design, development, and testing work to realize the determined requirements ・Management of Salesforce engineering team (development schedule/technical support for members) ・Testing work and troubleshooting after system development ②We will support you in increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction through the use of tools. Working Hours	■Working hours: 9:00-17:30 (actual working hours 7.5 hours) Depending on the place of assignment, there is a possibility of working in shifts or working on Saturdays. If you work on Saturday, you will be required to take compensatory time off. ■Overtime: Yes (about 20 hours per month on average) *Monthly salary includes deemed overtime for 32.5 hours per month.
Job Requirements	・Over 5 years of IT development experience. ・Over 2 years of Salesforce design and development experience (proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, etc.) ・Experience communicating with users and administrators to gather requirements and develop designs. ・Business level Japanese and Chinese skills

Other Salary Description	Salary increase once a year (separate evaluation system available) Bonus Performance bonus once a year (around February to April) Average amount paid: 1 month's worth Transportation expenses paid (up to 50,000 yen), overtime allowance (32.5 hours or more per month) Additional pay and preferential treatment will be given based on skills and previous salary. Including deemed overtime 32.5 hours/month Managerial and supervisory positions are not eligible for overtime pay.
