*Management of quality control and quality assurance team (5 people) *Improving corporate culture towards quality * Setting and managing quality targets at the Tsukuba factory *Negotiation and coordination with global quality departments *Continuous improvement using quality control methods (PFMEA, SPC, NSA, etc.) * Promote the process of 8D method, effective introduction of CAPA, etc., and instruct quality improvement. *Lead each committee related to change management and internal quality and meet requests. Promoting manufacturing and quality processes *Developing team members' skills, providing training, and improving engagement |
