Job Description The mission of an embedded systems software test engineer concerns the on-board computer (OBC) of our satellites throughout its whole life-cycle, which includes design, development, testing, and troubleshooting. Required Attitude for this role are as follows:

Responsibilities:
- Create software test plan from project and development schedule
- Design test cases from software specifications
- Develop or improve software test environment, execute tests and manage test result
- Test automation
- Programming test scripts in Python
- Work closely with other software development engineers, hardware designers, and related subsystems to identify and solve any issues
- Gives support and troubleshoots problems during satellites initial and nominal operation

Requirements		 - College or university graduation qualifications related to electrical, computer science, control engineering, mechatronics and other engineering.

Technical Skills
・Software test planning and design experience
・General understanding of common hardware: micro-controller, UART/SPI/I2C, RTC, etc.
・Embedded software development experience using C and/or C++
・Experience of Python and Docker
・Comfortable with command line tools (i.e., bash, git, gdb, etc.)

Language Skills (one of the following):
・Business English or
・Basic English and Business Japanese
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4500K - JPY 6000K
