Our company, which was the first company in the industry to develop large-format inkjet printers for outdoor advertising in Japan, is recruiting candidates for the next general manager position (Legal Affairs Section Manager). ■Business content: As the Legal Department Manager, I will be in charge of legal affairs and business management for the entire company group. You will be primarily responsible for the operation of shareholder meetings and board meetings, as well as contract reviews (Japanese and English). ■Business details: <Legal services> Contract examination/contract processing original management/regulatory management/commercial registration/audit, etc. <Business management> Management of board of directors meetings and shareholder meetings, etc. *This is a candidate for the next general manager.
