Job Description	Complete Video editing/motion graphics tasks with minimal supervision Work closely with the Pitch & Proposal team in Japan to develop Videos, Motion Graphics, App UX/UI, day-in-life customer journey maps, etc. Maintain and ensure adherence to brand identity standards based on the instructions and timeframes as provided by the PA &/or TL. Work in the creation and production of all marketing collateral with creativity. Proactively consult with senior staff on more complex problems. Peer-to-peer mentoring and cross-learning

Job Requirements	Graduate in any discipline The candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in the video editing industry, preferably in Digital media and have worked as a Motion Graphic and Video Editor in any MNC advertising agency, or production house Expert knowledge of MS Word, Google Slides Expert Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Final Cut Pro. Japanese Languages: Japanese Native level and English Business level Required
