In order to grow our overseas business in the future, we are recruiting for the position of ``Overseas Business Manager.'' 【job description】 As the person in charge of the overseas business department, you will be responsible for building Anrakutei Vietnam's organization, increasing sales and profits, opening stores, expanding stores, and exploring new markets. This is a position that reports directly to the president and is responsible for comprehensively building the overseas business of a food and beverage company from a management perspective. ・Understanding macro and micro trends in the local market, social and legal systems, and formulating strategies ・Profit and loss management of business divisions, including store forecasts and actual results ・New business format development/property development - Guidance on improving store operations (management of ingredients, hygiene, equipment, management of personnel costs, sales, etc.) ・Oversight of marketing, menu planning, sales promotion activities, customer attraction promotion strategy planning, etc.
