Job Description	Founded in 2015, we are a startup company that leads the Japanese metaverse industry. We are looking for planners to make proposals for corporations considering the use of our Metaverse platform! ■Main business content We will make proposals ranging from millions to tens of millions of yen and work on various projects for the following issues. ・Development of content that allows you to experience the worldview of anime and games ・Producing content that reproduces actual cities, tourist spots, and facilities on the metaverse and allows for local experiences ・Use as a tool for new product development and communication with consumers ・ Activate internal communication in situations where it is difficult to meet face-to-face ・Exceed the limitations of 2D webinars and improve satisfaction with online events *Reference: Domestic consultations cover a wide range of topics, and we receive over 1,000 inquiries a year. ■The best part of this position ・Since this position will be the first startup member, the scale of the work I will be in charge of will be very large. ・Being able to be involved in overseas expansion at the discretion of being assigned to the head office directly under executives will provide valuable experience!
Company Info	■Support system ・Remote work allowance: 15,000 yen paid per month ・Support for social gatherings on the day of work: 5,000 yen/person for food and drinks (up to 4 times a month) ・ Short distance allowance: 30,000 yen per month (within 2 km from the company or within the range specified by our company) ・Lump-sum moving allowance: 300,000 yen will be paid if you move within 2km of the company or within the range specified by our company. ・Transportation expenses: Actual expenses paid ・Company-provided Meta Quest 3 (*VR headset) ・Complete social insurance & labor insurance
Working Hours	・10:00~19:00 ・1 hour break - Work in the office 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). However, there is a possibility that you will be present on the day of the event.
Job Requirements	■Required skills ・Chinese language ability (level to be able to provide services to clients) ・Advanced communication skills with foreigners (including presentations) ・Experience in proposing intangible products services and solutions to global clients ■Welcome skills ・Corporate sales/consulting experience with intangible products, solution & planning elements ・Event (real or virtual) sales experience ・Experience in planning work such as corporate planning, business planning, sales planning, etc. ・Marketing/promotion work experience
