[Handling airline ticket inquiries] -Respond in English to customer inquiries about airline tickets. -Respond in English to any issues customers have while boarding an aircraft. -Respond in English to airline ticket refunds, etc. -Enter response history and customer information into a computer. -Customer support (including some complaint handling) *Manual available. ▼Example inquiries "I'd like to make a reservation..." "I'd like to change/cancel..." "How do I get a refund..." "My flight is delayed..." etc. *Manual available. *60% of customer support is by phone, 30% by chat, and 10% by email. |

Job Contract Period |
