Job Description	[About business content and products] ・Because we are partnering with each product, such as business alliances with top overseas air conditioning equipment manufacturers and securing exclusive sales rights in Japan for each product, we are not an agency tied to the manufacturer, but a true data center business. For customers, we are demonstrating our presence as a true multi-vendor of air conditioning equipment. As a result, we have acquired over 70% share of air conditioning equipment for large-scale data centers in the Japanese market. It is clear that the market for product sales will expand in the future, and the construction of data centers will continue unabated. The "Data Center Air Conditioning Equipment Engineer" will be in charge of the following tasks, which will be necessary for future business expansion. ①Technical sales (mainly spec-in sales to clients, architectural design offices, and general contractor design departments) ②Logistics, delivery, and construction supervision (including trade practices, on-site delivery coordination, construction supervision, guidance and advice to subcontractors, confirmation of on-site construction status, etc.) ③ Trial run adjustment (including troubleshooting during construction)

Job Requirements	[MUST] Those who have knowledge or experience in one of the following conditions: ・Basic knowledge about air conditioning equipment (air conditioning equipment, heat source equipment, etc.) ・Experience with any of the following related to air conditioning equipment construction, etc. ① 5 years or more of practical experience in mechanical equipment design and supervision ② Experience as a site representative in multiple projects related to air conditioning equipment construction management (Preferably 5 or more) ③ 5 years or more of experience in designing air conditioning equipment, etc. ④ Those who can tackle problems positively and accomplish them without running away ・Persons who are not allergic to English (English skills can be improved through work.) [WANT] Those with the following skills and experience are welcome. ・Work experience in air conditioning subcontractors (person with experience in on-site management of air conditioning equipment construction) ・Work experience at an air conditioning equipment manufacturer or air conditioning automatic control manufacturer ・Work experience at a data center business company (PM in charge of mechanical equipment, equipment maintenance work, etc.) ・English proficiency at business conversation level ・Architectural equipment engineer, 1st class architect (equipment), 1st class pipe work construction management engineer, 1st class electrical work construction management engineer, professional engineer, 1st class instrumentation technician, etc.
