Job Description	■Recruitment background In order to further strengthen the global expansion of our products, you will be responsible for planning, operating and managing our EC sites in each country. ■Business content Together with our overseas sales staff, you will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing local market research, marketing, and online shopping events and promotions in each country. ■Business details ・Operation and management of our EC site (product registration, product sales page creation and updating, sales plan planning) ・Work related to ordering and shipping of products ・EC planning and problem solving ・Business promotion in collaboration with external partner companies (maintenance operations, etc.) ・Promotion planning in collaboration with local partners and internal departments ・Market research/marketing ★Overseas business trip★ Currently, I travel 2-3 times a year. We plan to increase this to once every quarter in the future.

Job Requirements	■Required skills ・Digital marketing experience at a Japanese company (2 years or more) *Digital marketing experience for selling Japanese products overseas is a plus. ・Experience in data analysis and report creation using Google Analytics ■Welcome skills ・Experience using MA tools ■Portrait ・Those who are interested in figures, anime, manga, and game culture ・Those who can travel overseas
English Level	Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
Japanese Level	Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 5000K - JPY 7500K
Other Salary Description	Monthly salary: 333,500 yen - 500,000 yen ・Transportation fee: Yes ・Salary increase: Yes ・Bonus: Yes ・Social insurance: Yes
Holidays	Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, condolence leave, paid vacation, etc. *Annual holidays: 125 days
