Lead and guide a team of solution architects in delivering architectural solutions that meet project requirements and align with organizational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture projects are executed efficiently and in line with architectural guidelines. Participate in the development and implementation of architectural strategies and standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architects, fostering their professional growth. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance efficiency and align with business objectives. Participate in the resolution of complex architectural issues and roadblocks. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Ensure clear communication and alignment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. |

Minimum 10 years SAP project experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role in technology, including technical leadership roles Strong problem-solving and project management skills Effective communication and team leadership skills Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams Demonstrated success in implementing cloud solutions in an enterprise environment Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology Language Requirements: Business-level Japanese and Business-level English |
