Job Description Lead the design and administration of Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
Implement and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other Windows services.
Over see the design, deployment, and maintenance of VMware virtualization solutions.
Optimize resource allocation, virtual networking, and high availability.
Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud solutions, including virtual machines, databases, and networking.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
Implement security best practices for Windows, VMware, and AWS environments.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead automation efforts using PowerShell, Ansible, or other automation tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
Set up monitoring systems for Windows, VMware, and AWS resources to proactively detect and resolve issues.
Plan and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies for critical data and systems.
Lead a team of Windows administrators, VMware experts, and cloud engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and training.
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, architectures, and procedures for Windows, VMware, and AWS environments.

Requirements		 Deep expertise in Windows server administration and virtualization technologies, particularly VMware vSphere.
Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Understanding of hybrid cloud environments, including multi-cloud strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills to lead a team of operations professionals.
Ability to create and communicate a clear vision for the team's goals and projects.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows, VMware, and cloud infrastructure.
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
Knowledge of security best practices for Windows, VMware, and cloud environments.
Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2.
Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
