Job Description Supershipグループのグループ企業にて、経営戦略の策定を行い、実行においては海外案件含む企業戦略やグループ横断プロジェクトの実行推進まで行って頂きます。

・経営戦略、事業計画の策定
・アライアンス計画の策定
・M&A実行支援
・グループ横断案件の推進（主に海外案件）
・組織改革含むマネジメントプロセスの改革

■3年以上のコンサルティング業務経験あるいは事業会社の経営企画室における実務経験　■高い論理的かつ批判的思考能力

■リーダーシップ及びチーム・プロジェクトを牽引することができるコミュニケーション能力　■抽象的な事象に対し、自ずから考え抜き、対応について整理し、実行を牽引できる方
【尚可】
・クライアント及びアライアンス先との契約交渉経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
