Building management on Saturdays and Sundays] We manage and inspect rental properties within the 23 wards of Tokyo. ・Daily cleaning of common areas and vacant rooms of the property *Replacement of common lights, weeding, detailed cleaning, etc. ・Trash disposal including separation ・Inspection work ・Photography of the building (taken with your own smartphone) ・Report work using a dedicated app (sending photos taken with your own smartphone) *Regarding smartphones, you will be required to use your personal cell phone for work purposes. (Communication charges, call charges, etc. will not be paid.) |
