Position: Customer Service Associate (helping Japanese Shoppers) Client: Confidential (Famous online retailer) Work style: Fulltime WFH Work Schedule: 5 times a week + 2 days off, 9 hours days + lunch time, shift based 8:00am to 10:00pm operating working hours Say, 8am to 5pm or 1pm to 10pm. Shift: Pre-planned rotational shift on a weekly basis, including weekends and national holidays, Okay with rotational based shift (Day/Mid) – This is nonnegotiable. Training: Equipment and training provided Benefits: Leave, Insurance, and pension, Language: Native Japanese needed or JLPT N1/N2 and basic English for reading and typing. Job Type: 1-year fixed term Contract (Subject for renewal or extension) Visa: We are only accepting candidate with Spouse, Permanent, Resident and working visa.
