Job Description [Job summary]
You will be involved in the development of HR tech products, including AI-assisted job posting and scouting, Japan's largest word-of-mouth service, and video interview tools. In addition to the job search site used by 9 million users, there are plenty of opportunities to develop new products based on synergies with existing products.
We will be responsible for the design, development, operation and maintenance of native apps.

[Job details]
・Continuous development of either iOS or Android applications in collaboration with planners, designers, etc.
・Native app development in collaboration with server side team
・Improvement of each application through iterative development
・Following up with OS updates, incorporating new OS features, and providing technical proposals
