Job Description	As a leader in ECU mass production software design, You will coordinate specifications and plans with the customer, manage project progress, and confirm the quality of deliverables. If necessary, we may be stationed at the customer's design site.
Working Hours	8:30 ~ 17:30 (Regular working hours 8 hours) *Break 12:00 ~ 13:00 Overtime Yes
Job Requirements	【Prerequisite】・Team leader experience: 3 years or more ・ECU software mass production design experience C language, C++ ・Experience in software process AUTOMOTIVE SPICE, functional safety ISO26262 ・Model-based development (MBD) experience MATLAB/Simulink Stateflow ・Those who have a university graduate degree or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent basic knowledge [Welcome conditions] ・People who have leadership skills and like to communicate. ・Those who are interested in new fields and can tackle them positively ・Those who are interested in cars ・People who are interested in the future mobility society ・Those who value teamwork and communication ・Those who can respond flexibly to changes and work with a sense of speed ・People who are bright and energetic and can tackle things proactively and positively ・Those who can set their own goals and tackle them with independence ・Those who are interested in the latest automotive technology ・People who are stationed in China or able to travel to China
