[Job summary] Our company has decided to support the battery business, so we are looking for someone to be in charge of battery design for this business. The business aims to develop and sell products such as storage batteries for electric forklifts, storage batteries for electric trucks, and storage batteries for power storage systems using battery cells made in China. We mainly develop electric vehicles together with our parent company in Beijing, and we are supporting new business in battery products by making full use of our EV development know-how and relationships with Chinese EV parts manufacturers. 【Prerequisite】 ・University graduate or above ・Possess structural design technology for battery modules and packs using 3D-CAD: Specifically, [1] Experience in structural design of battery cell holding/restraint structures, casings, etc. [2] Battery temperature control mechanism design experience (cooling, heating) [3] Circuit structural design experience (48V to 700V) [Welcome conditions] ・Those who have experience in battery module design, circuit design, and temperature adjustment mechanism development ・Those who demonstrate leadership and follow through to achieve their goals ・Those who can respond flexibly to changes and work with a sense of speed ・People who are bright and energetic and can tackle things proactively and positively |
