If so, this is the perfect position for you! <Job Description> ・Manage and host onboard events for international guests ・Written and verbal translation of menus, daily programs and announcements ・Work with all departments, including the medical department, to translate medical information ・Build and maintain professional relationships with guests ・Provide escort and interpretation for international guests' tours We are looking for a Japanese speaking host to accompany Queen Elizabeth for her Japan deployment in 2024. This will be on a flexible basis contract. During the recruitment and onboarding process, we may not be able to provide you with an exact start date, but we will let you know as soon as it is decided, to ensure you have enough notice and support to prepare for your adventure with us. |

<Application conditions> ・Demonstrated experience in a fast paced customer facing role ・Previous host/ess experience is desirable ・Previous event planning experience is desirable ・Good command of written and spoken English ・Translating medical information between English & Japanese ・Presenting or hosting in both English & Japanese ・Translating documents between English & Japanese <Othrer> Crew are recommended to be up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccinations prior to joining a ship, if available. |
